بامداد روز یکشنبه 16 مهرماه مقارن با 8 اکتبر2006 گروه کثیری از ماموران حکومت اسلامی تجهیز شده با پیشرفته ترین سلاحهای ساخت کشورهای اروپایی به منزل مسکونی آیت الله حسین کاظمینی بروجردی یورش آورده، قریب به 150 تن ازهواداران ایشان را که بیش از دو ماه است مسئولیت حفاظت ازجان این روحانی آزاده را برعهده داشتند با خشونت وسبعیت دستگیرنموده، روحانی معترض آیت الله بروجردی را نیز به همراه تمامی اعضای خانواده از جمله پسرانش ، همسرش ، دختر و برادر همسرش را نیز بازداشت می کنند و به این بیداد آشکار بسنده نکرده همچون غارتگران و راهزنان به تخلیه کلیه ی وسایل و مایملک زندگانی او پرداخته و دارایی های منقول وی را یکسره به یغما می برند.
سخن و حدیث آیت الله بروجردی همانا آرمان و خواست اکثریت قاطع مردم ایران در نفی و واژگونی حکومت دین سالاران و شریعت مداران و جدایی کا مل دین و مذهب از ساختارهای سیاسی و برپاداشتن نظام سیا سی نوین بر پایه ی ارزشها و فرهنگ ملی ایرانیان و اصول به رسمیت شناخته شده ی حقوق بشر در اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر بوده و هست.
هرچند به دلیل فضای سنگین و رعب انگیزی که حکومت اسلامی در ایران پدید آورده است و همچنین فقدان آزادی بیان و نبود مطبوعات آزاد بازگویی این حقیقت روشن کیفر شکنجه های دهشتناک و مرگی سخت به همراه خواهد داشت، به ناگزیر رهروان آزادی و کوششگرانی که در راه نیل به دموکرا سی گام برمی دارند همانند آیت الله بروجردی در نامه ی ارسالی اش به دیده بان حقوق بشر خواستار برقراری آزادی های مذهبی و یا آزادی بیان می شوند ، اما برای هر بینشگر و ناظر بی طرفی این واقعیت همچون خورشید تابنده نمایان است که چهارچوب منجمد انعطاف ناپذیر و قرون وسطایی حکومت اسلامی هیچگونه دگرگونی و تحول دموکراتیک را بر نمی تابد.
هم اکنون در زندانهای ایران، زندانیان بسیاری که حکم اعدام آنها در دیوان عالی کشور تایید شده است درانتظار دردمندانه و هستی سوز اجرای حکم اعدام خود می باشند . کبرا رحمانپور، شهلا جاهد ، فاطمه حقیقت پژوه از قربانیان این احکام ناعادلانه در بیدادگاههای شرع هستند.
خالد حردانی ، غلامحسین کلبی ، شهرام پورمنصور، فرهنگ پورمنصور، سعید ما سوری علیرضا کرمی خیرآبادی از دیگر قربانیان احکام اعدام در دادگاههای انقلاب اسلامی می باشند.
مدافعین حقوق بشر در ایران از نهادهای مدافع حقوق بشر و همچنین روشن اندیشان و بیدار دلان از هر ملیت و مذهبی که هستند و در تنویر افکارعمومی جهانیان نسبت به قساوت ها و جنایات سازمان یافته ی دولتی که در ایران می گذرد، می توانند نقشی بسزا و شا یسته داشته باشند موکدا می خواهند با اتخاذ تدابیر فوری، یکپارچگی وقا طعیت بین المللی، تصویب قطعنامه هایی لازم الاجرا و اعزام هیئت هایی از کارشناسان حقوق بین الملل به ایران و با توسل به امکانات و توانمندی های موجود و در صورت عدم تمکین و سرپیچی قوه قضاییه ی جمهوری اسلامی، اخراج حکومت ناقض حقوق بشر از سازمان ملل می تواند به اینگونه فجایع انسانی در ایران پایان دهد.

گذشت ساعتها از پایان ناآرامی های شب گذشته در اطراف منزل آیت الله بروجردی، هنوز
هیچگونه اطلاعی از وضعیت کیانوش سنجری فعال سیاسی و عضو جبهه متحد دانشجویی در دست
نیست.
کیانوش سنجری که شب گذشته برای تهیه گزارش به محل اقامت آیت الله مراجعه کرده بود به همراه سایر هواداران وی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده است.
گفته میشود کلیه این بازداشتها توسط ناجا صورت گرفته است.
در این حال با توجه به اینکه سایر هواداران آیت الله بروجردی که در طی روزهای گذشته بازداشت شده بودند به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین منتقل گشته اند. این احتمال وجود دارد که کیانوش سنجری نیز به این بند انتقال یافته باشد.
همچنین به گفته شاهدان عینی تعداد زیادی از افراد حاضر در این تجمع در جریان زد و خوردهای شب گذشته به بیمارستان امام خمینی و سایر بیمارستانهای اطراف منتقل شده اند.

بازداشت یک روحانی در تهران

مقامات امنیتی در ایران از بازداشت همه عوامل نا آرامی های روز شنبه در خیابان آزادی تهران از جمله سید محمد کاظمینی بروجردی خبر داده اند. روز شنبه گروهی که خود را هواداران این روحانی ايرانی می خواندند در تهران مقابل خانه وی تجمع کردند و موجب بروز نا آرامی و بند آمدن خيابان شدند. عبدالله روشن، معاون سیاسی امنیتی استانداری تهران طبق اظهاراتی که خبرگزاری های داخلی آن را نقل کرده اند گفته است که "عده ای از عوامل فرقه گرا، تحرکاتی را در تهران آغاز کرده بودند که هفته پیش این تحرکات تشدید شد و مزاحمات ها و مشکلات امنیتی را برای مردم بوجود آورد اما نیروی انتظامی همواره سعی کرد از اقدامات این گروه جلوگیری کند." آقای روشن گفته است که هواداران این روحانی درصدد درگیری با نیروی انتظامی بودند اما نیروهای انتظامی سعی کردند که با آنها وارد درگیری نشده و موجبات تحریک آنها نشوند اما پس از یک سری تحرکات جدید، نیروهای انتظامی وارد عمل شد و در کمترین مدت به دستگیری و خلع سلاح این افراد پرداخت. |

Iran Arrests Ayatollah Borujerdi and Followers

TEHERAN -- Iran has arrested a
controversial cleric and some of his followers who advocate separating religion
and politics, a taboo in Islamic Iran, after clashes with police, the student
ISNA agency said on Sunday. Hundreds of supporters of Ayatollah Mohammad
Kazemeini Borujerdi had gathered on Saturday around his house in Teheran to
protest the arrest of a number of the Shiite cleric’s followers and restrictions
imposed on him, press reports said.
“The ones behind Saturday’s unrest were arrested. All including, Mr Borujerdi,
have been handed over to judiciary officials,” said a security official in
Teheran governor’s office, identified only by his last name, Roshan.
Roshan said the police had previously sought to contain these ”sectarian
elements” but yesterday “they were carrying Molotov cocktails, knives, swords
and clubs to confront the police.”
“They even (for a time) took members of the force hostage and threw acid on
policemen and vandalized public property,” he said, adding “calm has been
restored” in the crowded neighborhood in downtown Teheran.
A report in reformist Hambastegi daily said the Special Court for Clergy had
recently tried to arrest Borujerdi but faced by resistance by his supporters.
Questioning a pillar of the Islamic republic, the ayatollah has said “we believe
people have grown tired of political religion and they want to return to
traditional religion.
“The objective of my followers and me is in defending traditional religion,” the
semi-official ILNA news agency quoted the ayatollah as saying.
But the deputy head of Teheran police, Commander Nasser Shabani, accused the
ayatollah of claiming to be the representative of the Shiites’ “hidden” twelfth
Imam, Mahdi, and misinterpreting religion.
“A person has gathered some naive people around to pledge donations and have
their wishes come true, which is a sheer lie and distortion of religion,” he
told ILNA.
The protesters were reportedly shouting slogans such as ”religious freedom is
our right” and “freedom is our undeniable right”, and carried banners that said
“we are ready to be martyred to defend traditional religion”.
His aims breach a taboo in Islamic Iran — a theocracy in which the all-powerful
supreme leader is a cleric chosen by a top Shiite clerical assembly.
A large number of key positions in Iran are taken by clerics, such as the head
of the judiciary and members of the non-elected watchdog body, the Guardians
Council, which vets all legislation and candidates for public office.
Clashes in Iran to Defend Critical Cleric

TEHRAN
-- Supporters of a senior Shi'ite Muslim cleric who has challenged Iran 's
system of clerical rule have clashed with police during a protest outside the
cleric's house, Iranian media reported on Sunday.
Police used teargas to disperse the crowd, which was estimated at 200 people or
more, who had gathered on Saturday outside the home in southern Tehran of
Ayatollah Mohammad Kazemeini Boroujerdi, newspapers reported.
Etemad-e Melli daily said protesters formed a cordon around the house to call
for the release of Boroujerdi's followers who they said had been detained. Some
newspapers said the crowd feared Boroujerdi might himself be arrested.
Seday-e Edalat reported that the crowd, some carrying knives, lit fires to stop
police approaching the house. A picture showed police in riot geared lined up
near a crowd of people in the street and smoke rising up.
Officials were not immediately available to comment.
The Iranian authorities are wary of any challenge, particularly from top
clerics, to the system of clerical rule that was established after the 1979
Islamic revolution by revolutionary leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
"We believe that our nation is tired of political religion and they want to
return to traditional religion," Boroujerdi told Iran 's labor news agency ILNA
on Saturday.
He said he had written to U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, European Union
foreign policy chief Javier Solana, Pope Benedict and other leaders asking them
"to make efforts to spread traditional religion," ILNA reported.
A senior police officer was quoted as saying Boroujerdi claimed to be a
representative of the "hidden" 12th Imam, who Shi'ite Muslims revere, and this
prompted some people to make donations.
"This is misinterpreting religion and is sheer lies," the police officer was
quoted by Seday-e Edalat as saying.
Iran has an elected president and parliament, but final authority lies with the
supreme leader, currently Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to 'velayat-e
faqih', the system of rule by a religious legal scholar that was propounded by
Khomeini.
The supreme leader is chosen by an assembly of elected clerics.
Some traditional Shi'ite Muslim clerics hold that religious leaders should not
have a political role.
The protesters outside Boroujerdi's home chanted "God is greatest" and verses
from the Muslim holy book, the Koran. One newspaper said a placard they carried
read: "We are ready to be martyred for defending traditional religion."
As an ayatollah, Boroujerdi holds one of the highest ranks in the Shi'ite Muslim
religious hierarchy
