The President of the United States, Hon. George W. Bush
The Secretary of State, Hon. Condelezza Rice
The United States Senate
The United States House of Representatives
Washington, D. C.
To the President, Secretary of State, and Members of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives:
This letter accompanies our news release and invitation extended to each one of you, to personally attend or send your designated representatives to our press conference and luncheon of February 25th, and our scheduled Memorial for the Unsung Heroes of the Imperial Iranian Armed Forces (IIAF) on April 15th. The specifics of each event are covered in the news release/invitation which accompanies this cover letter.
The Sarbazan and Janbakhtegan organizations also invite the esteemed representatives of the American Government, including President George W. Bush, to consider the following facts of Colonel Aghilipour, television interviews in their consideration of a proper policy toward the present Islamic Republic in Iran (IRI) regime in Tehran:
The IRI regime is a terrorist regime, committed neither to true Islam or the principles of a legitimate Republic.
With the passage of time, the IRI regime has continued losing a popular base of support in Iran because of their extremism and history of criminal activities against both the people of Iran and the United States.
The IRI regime in Tehran is the key source of financing for many international terrorist groups who oppose the interests of peace-loving Iranians and Americans living throughout the world.
The IRI regime is the center of opposition to any credible attempt to create long term peace in the Middle East and Central Asia.
The IRI regime has been a major international purveyor of Holocaust Revisionism and hatred toward Jews worldwide.
There are no "moderates" associated with the IRI regime in Iran. It is a misconception to believe that a regime which began with Khomeini and has continued to the present time with the tandem of Khomeini and Ahmadinejad is comprised of anything other than a cadre of international criminals whose crimes against humanity have been chronicled by such human rights groups as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch.
The IRI regime is continuously misleading the world regarding the nature of their nuclear program, which has as its primary design and goal the acquisition of nuclear weapons for use against Israel and the West.
The IRI terrorist regime is becoming ever more unpopular among Iranians living inside the country for economic, sociological, political and religious reasons.
Having said this, Colonel Aghilipour Crisis Cabinet in Exile also wish to go on record with the government of the United States of America as opposing any American/Israeli/British preemptive military operations against the IRI regime in Iran. Thousands of innocents may well be killed. Even worse, an American military operation against the Khamenei/Ahmadinejad regime will simply result in political blowback of incalculable proportions. Iranian national pride and patriotism will mistakenly regroup behind this criminal government as a backlash against a Western-sponsored attack against our country. It will be a political disaster for the United States and its allies. Western and American efforts to help the oppressed people of Iran against the IRI regime can and must center their efforts in a change of regime in Tehran, with the support of the civilized world community. It is the only option which is both moral, and which promises ultimate success against these enemies of the Iranian nation and all of humanity.
The Sarbazan and Jankbahktegan organizations wish to announce their total support to the Iranian Crisis Cabinet in Exile. For reasons which will become clearer in our February 25th press conference, it is our belief that this Crisis Cabinet in Exile, under the leadership of Colonel Aghilipour, offers the best option for launching his specific plan to dislodge the Islamic Republic in Iran (IRI) in the interest of all of world civilization. The biography of Colonel Aghilipour is offered to all interested parties in the American government for their consideration, followed by his statement to the American government, the Iranian people, and the world press.
We would be honored by your attendance on February 25th.
Biography of Colonel Hassan Aghilipour
Colonel Hassan Aghilipour was born in Esfahan, Iran. His military career started at the army academy in Teheran. He joined the Etat Major of the Iranian Imperial army, and during his tenure was distinguished with his authored memorandum on the challenges of Iran’s oil and confronting the international community. During that time, he was Vice Chairman of the town council in a district of Teheran and for a period of six years became a council member of the Teheran municipality. This was followed by a two year assignment at the Institute International Administration Publique, in Paris, France.
Colonel Aghilipour further developed his military career by, serving at the Ecole de Haute Montage, France and the world famous Ecole Superieure De Guerre in Paris, 87th promotion.
In 1975, he became the Military and Defense Attache of the Iranian Imperial Army for France, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal and special accreditation with N.A.T.O.
During a span of fifteen years, he also obtained two PhDs from the world famous Sorbonne University of Paris, first in Sociology and then in International Relations.
In 1979, he started his combat against the Islamic Republic in Iran (IRI) regime, an entity which is neither Islamic nor a Republic, but an instrument of terrorism worldwide.
In 1981 he created the Foundation for the Independence of Iran.
In 1987 he created the Iranian Crisis Cabinet in Exile.
In 1989 he created the Iranian Human Rights commission in Exile.
In 1992 he testified at the United Nations regarding a litany of human rights violations and crimes committed by the Islamic Republic in Iran (IRI) regime.
Through his meetings around the globe with world leaders, the Pope, and representatives of various faiths during the past 28 years, he has continuously brought to their attention the human rights violations of this terrorist Islamic Republic in Iran (IRI) cabal, and the need of a regime change in Tehran enacted by Iranians alone, that once again Iran would have a place among the civilized nations of the international community, with a market economy, freedom of faith and free speech for everyone. The goal is to create an Iran seen globally as a beacon of light and peace in both the Middle East and around the world.
The Statement of Colonel Hassan Aghilipour on the Deliverance of Iran:
There are no moderates in the IRI regime. From Khomeini and Khatami to Khamenei and Ahmadinejad, this regime has been totally characterized by criminals pursuing the goals of radical evil in the interest of personal gain at the expense of the Iranian people and nation.
I have often said that there is but one goal for the Iranian Crisis Cabinet in Exile and its military personnel: to change this despotic regime and to do so only under the direction of the majority of the people of Iran in an act of sovereign, autonomous expression not under the manipulation of any outside foreign political or economic interests. The Iranian Nation must recover the greatness it enjoyed under King Cyrus the Great, to the betterment of its own people and the outside world watching events in Iran even as I speak.
We stand as the Iranian military Opposition in Exile to the IRI regime in Iran. We are neither a political nor religious organization.
We stand by what we swear before God, to defend our country against foreign and domestic enemies.
The Iranian Crisis Cabinet in Exile and the Iranian Military Opposition inside and outside our country, are committed to the deliverance of the Iranian Nation at any cost, and to restore dignity with freedom of speech and faith and basic human rights to our people. In this endeavor, we can and shall be victorious, as God gives us the direction and strength for this noble cause, at this hour of human history where we stand on the threshold of victory and the comprehensive defeat of evil and darkness which has enshrouded our Land for 29 long years. And now is the time, for all Iranian men and women inside and outside our beloved country: Military personnel, true religious, Pasdarans, Basijis and from every political organization of honor and principle, to come to the aid and defense of their People and Nation. As soldiers our Great battle is to save our country, as soldiers our Noble destiny is to have our people to choose their government. We must and will rise. We must and will strike. We must and will be victorious. For there is no alternative to righteous victory over the forces of evil, death, and oppression in our homeland. On that principle, and that principle alone, we commit our lives, our fortunes, our destinies.
